Which program are you part of? I am part of CoreFits group fitness program
Why did you join CoreFit? Coming out of the Covid years I was feeling extremely unfit and weaker than I’d ever been. Initially I was looking into joining the cheapest gym possible, but not having high expectations of committing long term as I have never stuck with gym training. My wife Lorna, who is a Corefit member, suggested I try out some group fitness training and I haven’t looked back.
What are some of the results you’ve experienced so far? I definitely feeling stronger. For the first time in my life I’m building muscle.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? I really like the group dynamic, training at your own level and pace but alongside friendly people.
What would you say to someone wanting to get started? Get in and give it a go. It gets easier and eventually you won’t feel sore after every class.
