Group Fitness Training is a great option for you if you require exercise guidance and thrive when training with other like-minded people.
Each session is limited to a maximum of 20 participants and is guided by a coach who knows your name and takes an interest in your goals.
Group Fitness Training provides general nutrition support and is perfect for you if you prefer the social aspect of exercise.
Your coach will ensure you get the most out of your Group Fitness Training, no matter what level of fitness you are and no one gets left behind.
