Which program are you part of? I have been training as part of CoreFit’s small group
Why did you join CoreFit? I attended a menopause seminar where an orthopedic surgeon was talking about the benefits to women of lifting heavy weights for bone health and overall how good it is for you. So I joined to learn how to lift and to become stronger!
What are some of the results you’ve experienced so far? The Raw Challenge was a big achievement and so much fun. I can now deadlift & wallsit and make an attempt at boxing.
Shuttles are getting easier and I’ll now choose a shed lap over a machine sometimes.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? I like the variety and not knowing until I show up what we will be doing. I love how everyone encourages each other to do their best and from day 1 everyone was friendly and welcoming. It’s a happy kinda crazy place and noone judges. The people and the laughs are geniune.
What would you say to someone wanting to get started? Come along and try it out. Work at your own pace. Everyone is there to help. You will be surprised what you can achieve in a short time period.
