Which program are you part of at CoreFit? I am part of small group
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I had memberships with various big name gyms, but nothing stable.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? A friend of mine. I had told her how I was feeling extremely low, both physically and mentally, and she suggested I give Corefit a go, as it helped her overcome her mental health and physical health struggles.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? I’m consistent. I’m accountable. I’m mentally stronger. I have built muscle, improved my love for running, and feel so much more healthier in general.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? I feel unbelievably comfortable. All trainers are welcoming, patient, understanding, caring, kind, attentive and help me to keep myself accountable.
The other members are like my second little family. I wouldn’t have pushed myself to attend every session, if it wasn’t for my amazing fellow corefitters. They make every session fun, comfortable and help me to push myself, even when I’ve told myself I can’t
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Leave your reservations and hang ups at the door. Stop finding excuses for delaying your health and mental well-being journey, and just do it. You’ll form beautiful friendships, and become a part of not only a gym, but a community that is also one big, supportive family.
3 years on at CoreFit and I never plan on looking back. Neither will you.
