What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? Planet Fitness

What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I wanted to better myself but wasn’t where to start so I called a couple of gyms. I went to another big chain gym for a couple off months, just used the treadmill and bikes. I saw a reflection of myself in the window and then I left. I weighed 145 kg and just could go back to that size and I needed help with that.

Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? How much I enjoy it. . I’ve gained so much more confidence in myself. I like to push to see how far I can go. I have managed to get my deadlifts up to 65kg and my leg curl I’m proud to say that I’ve gone up to 20 kg.

The main thing that I’ve learned is consistency which is one of Dans favourite words which is always in the back of my mind. I like to get 4 to 6 sessions a week and with all that I’ve also managed to lose weight on my journey.
