Which program are you part of at CoreFit? Small group
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? In the past had tried a few gyms but didn’t get the support I needed so I gave up and haven’t done any real exercise for a few years.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I was having some health issues and seeing a physio who suggested I check out Corefit and as the saying goes the rest is history.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? Apart from enjoying working out again I’m feeling stronger and more confident trying new exercises.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? The support of coaches and other Corefitters. The encouragement and no pressure when I don’t get as many reps done in a session. I’ve finally accepted that it takes time to get there.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Don’t overthink it, I kept telling myself “I’m gonna….” Just do it no matter what your age or fitness level. I just wish I’d taken my own advice!
