What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? Yoga, bike riding.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I was going backwards in terms of my fitness. I was also putting on more & more weight & just couldn’t seem to change my path.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? feeling so much fitter in my everyday life. Easier to do things
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? The small group. Great people & coaches. Also 30mins of exercise & I’m done.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Do it even if you’ve lost your confidence. Join the small group to begin with.
