Which program are you part of at CoreFit?
I am part of the small group program.
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit?
Nothing really in the three years prior to joining. Before that, I rowed and trained at another small gym.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started?
I wanted a space where I felt comfortable to train and assistance managing some injuries
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting?
Fabulous friends and much stronger
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit?
The people I train with and weight sessions
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey?
Let go of worries about the appearance of your body and focus on building strength and aerobic fitness as these are objectively measurable and manageable.
