𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐅𝐢𝐭? I needed motivation and accountability. I wanted to be fit for my grandchildren and my menopausal years that are quickly catching up with me. There are goals that I want to achieve.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐫? I am the fittest I have been in a long time. My strength,and endurance have improved. I have started jogging and I am now getting ready to attempt my first park run, which is a goal that I have been trying to reach!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐅𝐢𝐭? Geez, what do I like… so many things. Where do I start? The people are great! To be in an atmosphere with like minded people is an inspiration. I don’t feel judged. The coaches keep me accountable and give me the confidence to push that little bit more.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝? Just do it! Stop procrastinating and have a go! You WILL feel better for it! Trust me. , 😉
