Why did you join CoreFit? I joined CoreFit as I had faced some serious health challenges and I needed help with strength and fitness training. After trying another gym (I could hardly walk for a week after that session!) I wanted to find a gym that could support me at my age and recovery from surgeries and teach me how to do it all properly.
What are some of the results you’ve experienced so far? I have been doing yoga and meditation since I was a child but needed help with the cardio and strength training, and I am really appreciating feeling my body strengthen and also learning many new techniques…. It’s great to have the balance of both yoga and strength training…. It’s a new experience for me and I can see the value of both now(I have never been to a gym before last year… )
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? I love no mirrors and no fancy active wear😁, and people of all levels of fitness and age working together to be stronger and more confident
From my first session coach Elle was so kind, supportive and helpful and now Dan is pushing me to go deeper into each session and I appreciate that, we laugh and sweat and complain together. I started boxing and that’s great too… very different experience for me.
What would you say to someone wanting to get started? The coaches at CoreFit are great people and really do care about your health and growth in fitness (they really do! It’s not just a sales gimmick😁)… it’s a great investment for life.
