๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ’๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐๐ซ?ย I am the fittest I have been in a long time. My strength,and endurance have improved. I have started jogging and I am now getting ready to attempt my first park run, which is a goal that I have been trying to reach!

To be in an atmosphere with like minded people is an inspiration. I don’t feel judged. The coaches keep me accountable and give me the confidence to push that little bit more.
