Which program are you part of? Small group
Why did you join CoreFit? I joined CoreFit back in March of this year due to my health and fitness levels taking a massive nosedive. When I walked in the very first time I was so nervous and unsure if this would be something I could commit to, I worried about whether I could overcome the obstacles I’d placed upon myself in the years prior. I worried about not fitting in as I’ve never felt comfortable with any other gym I’ve tried in the past but after seeing a Facebook post that showed so much support for the members I wanted to give it a go and I’m so very glad I did.
What are some of the results you’ve experienced so far? I’m so happy to say that I’ve seen massive improvements in my overall health and I’m so much stronger now than I think I’ve ever been.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? I absolutely love the way the entire CoreFit community comes together to support one another, I have met so many wonderful people who I love seeing every session and consider friends. The amazing coaches who clearly care about everyone achieving their personal goals and encourage us all to be the best version of ourselves we can be. There is never judgement even when you’re not at your best, you will be met exactly where you are and supported every step of the way.
I love the fact that no one cares about what you wear and that there are no mirrors.
What would you say to someone wanting to get started? To anyone wanting to take that first step I would say just walk in the door and have a chat, it could change everything. Not only will you be met with the most supportive coaches who genuinely care about you and your goals and all the new friends you will make along the way.
