Which program are you part of at CoreFit?
Large group.
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit?
I was doing Zumba twice a week, bike riding and swimming when I could.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started?
Zumba classes ceased and I had to search for a new exercise program. Not a lot to choose from in Stockton. I spoke with a few gym companies including Corefit. I made a visit and signed up to start a new fitness program.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting?
The fun of my workout friends, lots of fun and laughter – great for mental health. I am a lot stronger in my strength and fitness. I work to my ability to maintain and strengthen my mobility.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit?
The fun, laughter and friendships with everyone. Great direction and knowledge from the trainers. Variety of classes and times to suit my schedule.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Start out slow, break out of your shell, we are all here for the same thing. Health, fitness and happiness. Shine like the radiant sunshine 🌞
