Why did you join CoreFit? To lose weight, gain strength and increase fitness
What are some of the results you’ve experienced so far? Increased strength and fitness, 7kg weight loss in 6 months and success in sports – PBs in running and triathlon this year.
What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? The variety of exercises and equipment and the friendly trainers and staff.
What would you say to someone wanting to get started? You will enjoy it. You can get fit at credit at your own pace and have fun at the same time.
