What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit?
There’s something special about exercising outdoors with an awesome bunch of people—fresh air, laughter, and encouragement all around. The trainers and people are genuine and truly care, creating a space where everyone respects each other’s strengths and limitations. You can show up exactly as you are and feel accepted—no fancy gym gear or tank tops required. Just bring yourself, a bit of grit, and enjoy the exercise sessions.
What would you say to someone wanting to get started?
Just start! My philosophy is something is better than nothing!
