๐ข๐ญ? I’ve always loved staying active, from my competitive swimming days as a teenager, to my gym-obsessed 20s, to now. But raising three kids meant nearly a decade of limited activity. I joined a Women’s Outdoor Fitness group a couple of years ago, which was fantastic until it folded. That’s when I looked into CoreFit and it ticked all the boxes. It’s local, outdoors, offers a variety of classes, has knowledgeable trainers, and a welcoming community. CoreFit has given me an easy way to stay active and brought balance back into my life.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ’๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐๐ซ? I can’t say I have noticed any dramatic physical results as such. However I am content knowing that CoreFit is a long term investment in my health and with a family history of serious diseases this is important to me.
I also think that a consistent training schedule helps with my mood and makes me a better wife, Mum, employee and person in general.

๐ข๐ญ? For me, I love CoreFit as it provides an hour or so a day where I can solely focus on myself and invest in my overall health and wellbeing. I leave each session energised and ready to tackle the day. I also love the sense of community and the motivation this provides. Working out with others creates a supportive environment where everyone encourages each other. The energy is contagious, making each class not just a workout, but a fun and enjoyable experience.
