One of the hardest things about keeping your health & fitness on track is dealing with the noise between your ears.

I’m talking positive self talk vs negative self talk.

After spending a weekend attending an online fitness conference, it further highlighted to me just how important it is to get the right environment around you to succeed.

It made me think… if it weren’t for good people in my life who encouraged me and helped me though the challenging times, I’d hate to think where I’d be today!

Reality is many of us aren’t as fortunate to receive that same support, whether it be from family, friends or whatever network of people you surround yourself with.

But this doesn’t mean you still can’t succeed or that there aren’t people out there that want to help! You just have to know where to look.

One of the most rewarding things about what we get to do as fitness coaches is help people navigate the noise between the ears.

To lift people up when they’re down and see them come through with a result is an incredible feeling!
