Which program are you part of at CoreFit? Small Group
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I have been going to the gym and running, as well as training for football when i was younger.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I heard really good things about corefit from a friend who was in the small group program, i decided to give it a try and really liked the culture and the support provided by the trainers.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? Since starting i have really found that my motivation to keep fit and healthy has grown, i really liked the recent challenge and as well as the good people i continue to meet through the training.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? I have always really enjoyed that everyone is friendly and cotinues to motivate and cheer you on to be your best.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Tomorrow never comes, dont put off starting and dont put off sessions, all the hard work to see results is easily lost if you start skipping sessions.Share
