Do you want toned arms but don’t have any equipment? Or maybe you’re just looking for some new ideas for your arm workout routine? Either way, you’re in luck! We’ve got four moves for you that require no equipment and will help tone your arms. Let’s get started!

1. Tricep dips

Start by resting your hands and feet on the ground with your chest facing up over, palms should be in the direction where your fingers are pointing at your feet. Lift one leg and keep your knees aligned, then perform a dip movement where your elbows bend and your bottom heads towards the ground. Aim to stop before you touch the ground and alternate your leg with each rep.

2. Push ups

Get down on all fours, placing your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. Straighten your arms and legs. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. Pause, then push yourself back up. Repeat

3. Plank

Lay on the floor with your elbows under your shoulders, hands flat on the floor and core engaged. Keeping your forearms and knees on the floor slowly raise yourself upwards until your body is in a straight line from your knees to your head. Hold the position for as long as you can.

4. Inchworms

Start in the standing position with a slight bend in your knees. Bend down to put your hands on the ground. Walk your hands away from your body until you have reached a plank position, then walk your hands back towards your body and stand back up.

If you’re looking for a quick and effective way to tone your arms, look no further! These four moves are perfect for getting started on sculpting beautiful arms without any extra gear.
