“Thanks CoreFit for the nomination of Client of the Month. I’ve been training CoreFit for a bit over a year now, and it’s been a really good extension of other things I do outside of group training. I came to CoreFit with some pretty clear goals and those were to increase my cardio capacity and improve my strength.
Those goals kept me going through the weird time of COVID. Now my goals are more generalised: get up and exercise more times a week than not; go to training with willingness to complete all activities to the best of my ability; and, embrace the sweat.
I think my goals now allow for me to better maintain a long term commitment to fitness, they are more gentle, achievable, and, allow me to pat myself on the back each time I walk away from class having achieved my sweaty best. The bigger goals that I had in the beginning aren’t the ones that will keep me turning up.”
