What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? Waking and running
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? Peta and Nicole, who are long-time members convinced me to give it a try. It didn’t take long for me to realise why they loved it so much!
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? I feel stronger, fitter and enjoy exercise now.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? There are so many things I enjoy! The trainers and the guys I work out with firstly of course! I enjoy the variety of workouts that we do also. Additionally, I love the sense of community you get with Corefit as well as the commitment that Dan and Ali show us day in and day out.
