Which program are you part of at CoreFit? I’m part of the Small Group program.
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I joined a small group program with another gym about 10 years ago and did that for about 4 years. Since then I’ve had memberships at a couple of franchise gyms.
What inspired you to join CoreFit? I was lacking motivation and my training was becoming stale, I realised I needed some help to get back on track and achieve my fitness goals.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? My attitude towards my health and fitness, I feel like I’m back where I was when I first started training and I’m really enjoying the results. Since joining CoreFit I’d say I’m the fittest I’ve ever been.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? I like that you just need to turn up, the team provide the program, the motivation and support. You are always encouraged to challenge yourself and give your best.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Just start, you won’t regret it.Share
