Which program are you part of at CoreFit? Group Fitness
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I was at a CrossFit gym before and had a 24hr gym membership.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I use to do CrossFit but I was struggling to do the workouts and it was getting me down mentally and physically because I couldn’t keep up with the class. A friend I know was doing CoreFit ( Pam ) and she said to try it for a week and see how you go. From a first day trial, now two and a bit years later, I’ve been at CoreFit since. It’s the best thing I’ve done!
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? I definitely feel fitter, I’m doing shed laps without stopping (still not easy lol ) and I’m doing chest to ground burpees – everyone’s fav 😅 I’m hitting PB’s with weights and I’m always looking forward to class!
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? It would definitely be the CoreFit community. We all bring something to the group. We work together as a team, pushing each other to be the best we can be. We’re all different fitness levels and CoreFit embraces that which I absolutely love.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Start small, go for a walk, find a sport/activity you enjoy. Some days will be good, and some bad, but don’t let that ruin the hard work you put in. Dust yourself off and get back into it. You got this 😉Share
