Which program are you part of at CoreFit? Large group
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? Very little training or exercise. I had previously been to other gyms but found them a little intimidating. Too many mirrors and not many people that i could relate to.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? Poor physical condition.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? Covid was in full swing and lockdowns were having a bad effect on both my physical and mental states. Thought i needed to do something to remedy the situation, especially as the lockdowns would eventually be lifted and life could resume. I did a google search for gyms near me and i came across Corefit. Immediately i felt this was the gym for me as the people working out on the website were just like me. I could relate to them.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? For me, it’s the people. Fellow participants and instructors. Friendly, approachable, there for similar reasons as I and that we can all have a laugh whilst working our collective butts off.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Look for a gym that you can feel a part of and comfortable going to. Try a few of them then come to Corefit. You won’t go back to the other gyms, you’ll stay at Corefit.Share
