Which program are you part of at CoreFit? Small Group
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I had previously trained in traditional large gyms but hadn’t done much exercise in the few years after the birth of my daughter.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I was suffering from depression and wanted to improve my mental and physical health. Corefit was a good fit for my needs because the scheduled sessions helped me to turn up even if I didn’t feel like it. I also liked that each training session is different.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? My strength and stamina in day to day life have improved dramatically. We are renovating and I can now easily help move things like heavy furniture and building materials.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? The trainers and the other Corefit members. Everyone is so supportive. The friendly banter and encouragement make training sessions fun.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Don’t overthink it. Just reach out and make a start.Share
