Which program are you part of at CoreFit? Small Group
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? None really. Tried to do my own gym circuits. Paying for a gym membership I never used enough.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? A friend recommended CoreFit to me so thought I would give it a go. (I have never looked back)
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? I’m so much stronger and can do things I didn’t think I would ever be able to do.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? I never quiet know what to expect when I rock up to my sessions each week. The mystery keeps it interesting and helps keep me motivated to show up week in and week out. It’s always entertaining and never boring or repetitive. CoreFit provides an amazing community of fun, playful, like minded individuals of all ages. The trainers are all real people who actually care about their jobs, you and your journey. They are also more than happy to adapt any exercise to suit your individual needs within your own body. So if you have an injury they don’t just sweep you aside a forget about you. They just find some other body part or muscle you didn’t know you had to focus on. I LOVE training at CoreFit. I have made a few good friends and met some amazing inspiring people.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Shut out all the negativity, be kind and honest with yourself. Remember to celebrate the small wins, without them it’s harder to achieve the big wins. You can do it.Share
