Which program are you part of at CoreFit? PT
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? Very minimal, really relied on work and my lifestyle to provide my health and fitness
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I was not comfortable in conventional gyms, always felt like I didn’t belong. When looking around Corefit seemed to be an inviting atmosphere without the stereotypical selfie junkies.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? I can see improvement in my strength and stamina as well as physical changes in my body. It’s definitely made life at work a whole lot easier too
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? Besides seeing Jo smash out a hectic plank with weights it’s the people, the trainers are all invested in each clients and their goals. I would highly recommend anyone starting their fitness journey to give Corefit a call.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Don’t wait for the time to feel right, next week is always a week away just jump in and get through the first few weeks you will surviveShare
