What do you enjoy most about training at CoreFit? I love the energy, fun & variety in all the classes. The coaches are always there to give you advice or change exercise due to injuries. Most of all i love the companionship & banter of fellow members. I always leave with a smile on my face 🙂
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey?
Stay consistent, don’t take yourself too serious and have loads of FUN
