Which program are you part of at CoreFit? I’m doing large group training
What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I had dabbled in just about everything; crossfit, boot camps, self directed training but nothing seemed to stick.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I started working with long time Corefit convert Lauren Kelly who dragged me along for a buddy session and the rest is history.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? The change in not only my physical health, but my mental health.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? The community, hands down! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and have been a massive support.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Fitness is a holistic process and finding somewhere that support you mentally and physically will help you make your health a priority.
