Serving – approx 25
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup no added sugar peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup desicated coconut
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 serves WPI protein powder
Method:
- Place peanut butter + honey in large mixing bowl and mix together using spoon
- Add the oats, coconut and 1 serve protein powder to the bowl (ie only add half the protein powder) and mix with a spoon
- Add the second serve of protein powder to the bowl and mix with spoon (add water to mixture if it is too dry 1 tablespoon at a time until right consistency for rolling)
- Roll tablespoon of dough into equal sized balls
- Place into fridge to firm
