Simple Protein Balls

Serving – approx 25

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup no added sugar peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup desicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 serves WPI protein powder

Method:

  1. Place peanut butter + honey in large mixing bowl and mix together using spoon
  2. Add the oats, coconut and 1 serve protein powder to the bowl (ie only add half the protein powder) and mix with a spoon
  3. Add the second serve of protein powder to the bowl and mix with spoon (add water to mixture if it is too dry 1 tablespoon at a time until right consistency for rolling)
  4. Roll tablespoon of dough into equal sized balls
  5. Place into fridge to firm
