Right now you can likely count on both hands the reasons why you should  stop exercising.

Not motivated.

Lost routine.

Can’t figure out zoom.

Don’t like training outside.

Don’t have time.

Can’t be bothered.

Granted there are some who have been dealt a rougher hand during lockdown than others.

At the end of the day though, our brains all work pretty much the same. 

When things get hard, our brain is really good at telling us stories of why we “shouldn’t”.

And when we begin buying into those reasons, its a slippery slope.

Shortly after the motivation monster shows up and before you know it, you’re out of touch with your health all together and just trying to cope.

Most of us have been here before at some point and it’s not much fun

I believe your health is one of the best coping mechanisms you have.
