These short, but intense exercises get my heart rate up and help me start my day feeling energized. Best of all, they only take about 10 minutes to complete! So, whether you’re pressed for time or just don’t feel like heading to the gym, try this quick workout to get your day started on the right foot.

- Sit up
Start off by completing 1 repetition of each exercise and then progress onto 2, 3 and so forth all the way to 10 repetitions. Once you reach 10, start to work your way down to 1 again. Once complete record your time.
