“I came to CoreFit with a plan to lose some weight and get a bit fitter to stave off some impending health issues.
Since joining 12 months ago I have lost 15kgs and dropped 2 pants sizes, losing over 15cm from my stomach.

I am also stronger than I have been in over 25 years when I was playing footy at 20 years old.
