What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I had a gym membership I used every few months when I had a burst of motivation.
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I had a friend that was coming to Corefit.
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? I have been training for a few years with Corefit and it has always been the improvement to my mental health when i train consistently.
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? That you can just show up, and that the trainers are always there to help you and challenge you when you need it.
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? You will have so many ups and downs in your fitness journey. Sometimes it’s ok to just focus on moving your body without pressuring yourself to hit a certain goal. Consistency always wins.Share
