What training, if any, did you do before starting with CoreFit? I hadn’t really done any before starting at CoreFit
What inspired you to reach out to CoreFit to get started? I wasn’t really that active and seen it come up on my Facebook page for a 6 week challenge and thought I wouldn’t mind giving it a try
Whats the #1 thing you’ve noticed in yourself since starting? That I am more motivated and have more energy and I really enjoy doing the training
What do you enjoy most about training with CoreFit? Doing a variety of different training each class that I do getting motivated by seeing other people in the group classes train
What’s your number #1 piece of advice for anyone looking to start their fitness journey? Just give it ago you’ll surprise yourself on how much more energy you might have
