I joined Corefit eight months ago. I have had multiple gym memberships over the years, but without ever being fully committed.
I came to CoreFit with some pretty clear goals and those were to increase my cardio capacity and improve my strength.
I haven't felt this fit since my 20's and I've gotten to a point where I don't want to miss a class.
I love the community vibe, the challenging workouts and so many options with class times.
I realised that so much of what I love doing over these last years has been underpinned by being a CoreFitter.
I have always lived an incredibly active lifestyle.
CoreFit is the one place I don't allow myself to just keep doing the things I'm already good at.
I have always made fitness a priority in my life, at all different intensity levels of course.
Over the last couple of months friends have been commenting “Wow, you lost so much weight, your looking great. You’re an inspiration.
Before starting VarietyFit 90 I had a real all or nothing approach to food, in particular sugar.
Fast forward 12 Months I’m a lot fitter and I’ve dropped 10kgs, quite a few cm’s and I’ve been able to come off my blood pressure meds.
